Free U.S. Shipping U.S. orders include free tracked shipping.
Processing Time Orders are usually prepared within 1-3 business days.
Estimated Delivery U.S. shipping usually takes 7-15 business days after processing.
Tracking Tracking details are sent by email once your order ships.

1. Where We Ship

At the moment, we currently ship within the United States only. Orders with shipping addresses outside the United States cannot be accepted at this time.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and prepared within 1-3 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.

Business days do not include weekends or major holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Shipping Time and Cost

U.S. orders include free tracked shipping.

Standard U.S. shipping is estimated to take 7-15 business days after your order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, regional service disruptions, or other events outside our control.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number when available.

Tracking information may take 24-48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.

5. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. This includes apartment numbers, unit numbers, ZIP codes, and phone numbers where required.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible at support@thefreq9.com. We will do our best to help, but we cannot guarantee address changes after an order has started processing or has shipped.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your package is delayed, please first check the tracking link. Carrier tracking often provides the most current delivery information.

If your order appears to be significantly delayed or the tracking has not updated for an extended period, please contact us at support@thefreq9.com with your order number.

7. Packages Marked Delivered

If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot find it, please check your mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, building office, neighbors, or household members.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact the carrier and email us. We will help review the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue.
